Annual Pricing Adjustments
All membership prices are reviewed annually and may change on January 1st of each calendar year.
Price Lock Eligibility
The first ten (10) members who successfully enroll in any available membership plan are eligible for a price lock at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
Duration of Price Lock
The locked-in price will remain in effect for the duration of the member’s active membership. If the membership is cancelled, terminated, or otherwise discontinued for any reason, the price lock is permanently forfeited.
Reactivation
If a member with a previously locked-in price cancels their membership and later chooses to re-enroll, they will be subject to the current pricing in effect at the time of reactivation, and the original locked-in rate will not be reinstated.
Plan Changes
Changing membership plans (upgrading or downgrading) may result in the loss of the original locked-in price. The new plan will be billed at the current advertised rate unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Billing & Payments
Membership fees are billed in accordance with the selected billing cycle. Failure to complete payment, chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of any locked-in pricing.
Non-Transferability
Locked-in pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original account holder.
Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect existing price locks for eligible members with uninterrupted active memberships.
